Guest Service Agent

What you'll do

• Greet guests
• process check-ins, check-outs, payments, and room assignments
• manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the property management system
• respond to guest inquiries and concerns
• share information about hotel services and local attractions
• coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
• maintain front desk and lobby organization
• handle transactions
• assist with reports and administrative tasks.
