What you'll do

• Facilitate PSR and Clubhouse group sessions for adults and adolescents
• help clients develop coping, social, and independent-living skills
• create educational and therapeutic group activities
• monitor participation and progress
• maintain timely documentation in compliance with Medicaid guidelines
• collaborate with therapists, case managers, and clinical staff
• support individualized treatment goals
• and maintain a safe, respectful therapeutic environment.
