What you'll do

• Perform basic construction and maintenance work on substations, transmission and collection systems, and battery storage systems
• assist with troubleshooting protection and control equipment and relay schemes
• coordinate emergency response and repairs
• maintain high-voltage inventory, tools, and vehicles
• support balance-of-plant operations and construction
• follow lockout/tagout training and safety protocols
• coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and landowners
• read electrical schematics
• support after-hours emergency call-outs.
