What you'll do

• Build and manage a regional clinical staffing business
• recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate Registered Dietitians
• oversee budgets, expenses, and revenue targets
• monitor quality, audits, and regulatory compliance
• support retention and corrective action plans
• provide clinical support to operations and clients
• and collaborate on service growth and process improvement.
