IMI Industrial Services Group provides industrial installation, relocation, upkeep, and production-equipment improvement services. The foreman supervises crews dismantling, moving, assembling, and installing industrial machinery. The role helps ensure work is safe, timely, and aligned with project specifications while coordinating with customers, vendors, and project leadership.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate machinery dismantling, moving, assembly, and installation
• inspect work quality and materials
• serve as onsite quality lead as needed
• communicate work sequences and schedules
• complete safety assessments before work begins
• track time and production
• resolve work problems
• assess and coach employees.
