The engineer will manage project scope, schedule, and budget while performing design tasks and providing technical expertise to clients.

• Perform design engineering for electric utility customers
• develop work packages for OH, UG, URD, and Make Ready
• manage scope, schedule, and budget
• perform scope analysis
• initiate continuous improvement to workflow processes
• coordinate conflicting utilities
• perform field data collection.
