What you'll do

• Follow patient diet plans and determine ingredients

• create and post daily menus
• assist management with recipes alongside doctors and healthcare professionals

• portion patient meals
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
• maintain kitchen appliances
• take food and equipment temperatures
• stock snacks and drinks
• complete inventory and report food waste monthly.
