The HAPO Center Operations Crew Member – Event Setup & Facility Care role is onsite in Pasco, WA, and pays $18.00 per hour. This on-call position supports event operations by preparing and maintaining welcoming, clean spaces for clients and guests. The crew member handles event setups and take-downs alongside janitorial and facility-care duties. By following floor plans and safety procedures, maintaining public and staff areas, and assisting guests and coworkers, the role helps events run smoothly as facility needs change.

What you'll do

• Set up and take down tables, chairs, linens, stages, risers, pipe and drape, dance floors, signage, and other equipment
• follow floor plans and instructions
• assist with room changes and resets
• clean and stock event spaces, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, public areas, and staff areas
• sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub floors, remove trash and recycling, and respond to spills
• organize and store equipment and linens
• report cleanliness concerns, damage, and safety hazards
• assist clients, vendors, guests, and coworkers
• use equipment and cleaning products according to training and safety procedures.

Why this role

On-call hours are assigned based on performance and event needs and are not guaranteed. Availability may include early mornings, days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds individually; forklift operation requires training, certification, and authorization.
