What you'll do

• Complete opening and closing procedures and related paperwork
• oversee outlet operations when management is absent and report issues
• provide customer service and serve as the first contact for complaints when management is absent
• correct EBT errors when called upon
• train and evaluate team members
• count cash drawers
• operate a forklift to replenish store product when needed
• move salvage boxes or crates to the warehouse
• follow cashiering, merchandise, customer-service, and upkeep procedures.
