What you'll do

• Welcome and acknowledge guests
• anticipate and address guest needs
• assist with concierge requests
• process visitor and registration requests through a centralized email inbox
• escort high-touch clients to meeting destinations
• coordinate with other departments
• maintain an orderly front desk
• support efficient arrivals and departures
• monitor lobby activities and emergencies and resolve or escalate challenges.
