The Finance and Business Operations Manager role is onsite in the Bronx, NY, supporting Wonderful Sales’ New York direct store delivery operation. Pay is $105,000–$115,000 per year, with a possible discretionary bonus. The operation serves more than 900 retail customers across the Greater New York Metro area. The manager oversees finance, accounting, customer service, administration, and business systems while leading a team and partnering with Sales, Operations, Finance, and corporate support. The role helps maintain accurate financial controls and systems and provides analysis to guide operational and commercial decisions.

What you'll do

• Oversee accounting activities, month-end close, reconciliations, financial results, budgets, forecasts, analyses, KPIs, route settlements, cash collection, accounts receivable, and commission calculations. Lead administrative and customer-service functions
• maintain master data
• coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and corporate teams
• support local business systems
• manage accounting, customer service, and operations support staff.
