What you'll do

• Supervise and support clinical technicians
• create staff schedules and coordinate coverage
• train and mentor technicians
• work with providers and office leadership on workflow and patient care
• assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
• perform Level II technician duties
• assist physicians during exams and procedures
• support triage and clinic flow
• perform ophthalmic diagnostic testing
• maintain supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
• support compliance with office policies.
