What you'll do

• Plan and prepare the learning environment
• align curriculum, instruction, and assessment to Common Core
• co-plan with the grade team
• assess academic, social, emotional, and cultural development
• maintain educational records
• use disaggregated data to inform differentiated instruction
• communicate with families about student progress
• supervise students during recess and other non-class times
• assist with planning and supervising field trips
• participate in professional development and continuous improvement.
