CNC Mill Technician

Job overview

The CNC Mill Technician role is onsite in Hamilton, WA. Compensation is $22–$40 per hour, plus a discretionary bonus. The technician supports Janicki Industries’ aerospace, defense, and space manufacturing projects. The role operates and maintains five-axis milling equipment while following detailed designs, instructions, and programming. By preparing tools and materials, reading drawings and work orders, and supporting production cells, the technician contributes to accurate and safe manufacturing work.

What you'll do

• Operate five-axis milling equipment
• handle tooling, calibrated equipment, part loading, clamping, and machine maintenance
• read blueprints, isometric drawings, and work orders
• obtain tools and materials
• follow safety practices
• perform prescribed machine and facility maintenance
• support other production cells as required
• complete required training.

Why this role

Requires at least six months of machinery operation in a manufacturing environment and a high school diploma or GED. Applicants must meet the stated U.S. citizenship or permanent-resident eligibility and be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
