What you'll do

• Oversee daily casino cage and credit department operations
• hire, train, supervise, evaluate, coach, and schedule team members
• instruct staff on procedures
• coordinate with other departments
• oversee collection procedures for outstanding markers and returned checks
• enforce policies and gaming regulations
• assist with budgets and yearly projects
• maintain credit records
• research cage variances
• conduct year-end chip count
• resolve customer complaints and disputes.
