What you'll do

• Lead legal structuring, negotiation, and execution of joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and minority investments
• support project, structured debt, acquisition, and credit facility financings
• advise on ongoing venture governance and financing arrangements
• support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions
• partner with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Development, Investor Relations, and other teams
• draft and negotiate transaction agreements
• manage outside counsel and advisors
• advise the Chief Legal Officer and senior leadership.
