What you'll do

• Review time-and-materials contracts and sponsored agreements for compliance
• lead pre-award proposal review for budget accuracy and cost allowability
• oversee contract administration
• administer federal, state, and private awards
• prepare invoices, financial reports, and reconciliations
• audit disbursements
• interpret cost accounting standards and regulations
• approve allowable expenditures
• monitor receivables
• communicate with sponsors and campus units
• provide training as requested.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, seven years of progressively responsible relevant experience, and two years of supervisory or lead experience. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; hybrid eligible, not fully remote.
