What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for client questions and requests
• answer high-level questions about releases, liens, estates, distributions, and related processes
• research inquiries and coordinate with internal departments
• follow up with clients
• route specialized matters to appropriate team members
• maintain accurate inquiry and follow-up records
• communicate professionally and empathetically
