What you'll do

• Obtain changes to physician orders as indicated by resident progress
• communicate resident condition and progress to nurses and supervisors
• maintain treatment carts and supplies
• follow infection-control procedures
• administer medications and treatments as ordered
• document pressure-sore status
• monitor medication and medical-supply inventory
• participate in resident and family education about skin care when residents are discharged home
• participate in quality-improvement activities.
