What you'll do

• Answer patient calls and route inquiries

• verify and update patient information
• conduct reminders and outreach
• assist with portal access and appointment instructions
• explain office policies and financial responsibilities
• collect payments as needed
• maintain EMR records
• coordinate referrals and communicate preparation instructions
• respond to messages
• support check-in and check-out
• follow HIPAA and practice policies.
