Manager, Information Security (App, Data, Cloud) in Fair Oaks, GA. This is an onsite position with a salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year. The AI Security Engineering Manager will help solidify the foundation for the company's modern business applications by securing and operating AI services used by data and application teams, while leading a team of engineers to deliver scalable security solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead the development of resilient AI services that protects sensitive data and critical business applications.
• Collaborate with AI platform engineers, cloud engineers, software engineers and other key stakeholders to create security solutions aligning to industry’s best practices.
• Lead a team of AI security engineers and be a security thought leader for the organization.
• Assess AI security risks, automate security controls, and support the Incident Response team.
• Address evolving threats to Cargill’s platforms in AI security strategies and platform designs.
• Optimize investments in AI security technology.
• Stay informed about emerging technology trends.
• Define and document how the implementation of new systems or interfaces between AI systems affects the security posture.
• Provide expertise for developing AI Security standards and incident response playbooks.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field and or equivalent experience.

Experience

10+ years of experience working in a software or cloud engineering role. In-depth knowledge of addressing the unique security challenges of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or Agentic AI systems. Experience with AI platform components. Familiarity with cloud automation, management, and deployment capabilities. Knowledge of container architectures, CNAPP, CSPM, CASB, CIEM, CWPP, and CI/CD security in the cloud.
