This role supports front-of-house service by engaging guests, preparing salad and wrap orders, and keeping the topping line stocked and clean. It also contributes to food safety and the restaurant’s waste-reduction, recycling, and composting efforts.

What you'll do

• Provide guest service
• complete order tickets
• assist with digital orders
• top salads and wraps
• restock toppings and lettuce
• follow FIFO
• clean and break down the topping line
