What you'll do

• Lead leasing and sales for the community
• oversee leasing and marketing efforts and support weekly and monthly goals
• respond to leads, qualify prospects, conduct tours, and guide applicants through leasing
• prepare lease documents and support move-ins and renewals
• manage onsite, digital, social media, and outreach marketing
• plan open houses, resident events, promotions, and partnerships
• build local business relationships
• monitor market conditions and competitors
• maintain leasing and resident records
• provide customer service
• support retention and resident communications
• inspect apartments after move-in
• train and support the onsite team
• assist with property operations and cover for the Community Manager when needed.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays and a weekday off when working Saturday. Requires two years of apartment leasing experience and a high school diploma or GED.
