The role exists to keep employees’ technology and information systems working securely and reliably. It provides user support and training, maintains equipment and systems, and coordinates updates, backups, documentation, and vendor needs with the IT team.

What you'll do

• Configure equipment and onboard users
• troubleshoot phones, connectivity, computers, printers, and VPN
• remotely support branch users
• manage VoIP equipment and directory
• maintain network connectivity and security
• assign software licenses
• maintain server and cloud files
• schedule updates and backups
• update firmware and drivers
• document procedures
• coordinate equipment with vendors
• assist with conference-room audiovisual resources
• support planned non-standard-hour updates and IT emergencies.
