Distribution Services Representative

Job overview

The Distribution Services Representative role is based in the office in Winston-Salem, NC, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with the potential to work remotely after a couple of months. Pay is $20 per hour. The role supports a client of TRC Talent Solutions by handling daily orders and distribution-related service requests. The representative reviews and verifies orders, responds to requests, and maintains shipping, receiving, transportation, and inventory records. Accurate coordination and documentation help keep orders and shipments moving and provide timely updates to customers and management.

What you'll do

• Monitor, review, and verify daily orders submitted through Oracle
• provide alternative order solutions and timely responses
• ensure LTO orders for franchise shops are added to daily orders
• process shipping, receiving, and transportation records
• coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• monitor shipment status
• prepare logistics documents
• maintain logistics and inventory data
• verify inventory and assist with cycle counts and reconciliations
• investigate shipping discrepancies, delays, and damage claims.
