What you'll do

• Build and monitor opportunity pipelines
• analyze RFI, RFQ, and RFP requirements
• recommend bid/no-bid decisions
• develop capture plans
• manage proposal schedules and contributor input
• maintain compliance matrices
• write, edit, and fact-check proposal content
• coordinate graphics, reviews, budgets, and final submissions
• build templates, standards, processes, and reusable content libraries
• track debriefs and outcomes.
