Working with the Employee Benefits service team and Columbus office, the role develops tailored benefit solutions and supports client retention and account growth.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage a pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, centers of influence, and community involvement
• target primarily groups of 20–50 employees while pursuing the broader 10–99 employee market
• build relationships with business owners, executives, and HR leaders
• conduct outbound business development
• partner with the service team on benefit strategies
• lead prospects from discovery through proposal, presentation, and close
• maintain pipeline and sales activity records
• collaborate with the Columbus office through implementation and ongoing service.
