What you'll do

• Greet patients and visitors, provide directions and escort assistance, handle parking cashiering and discounts, issue mobility equipment, track belongings, perform hourly rounding, answer call lights under clinical direction, and assist with patient portal navigation
• set up and clean telehealth carts
• answer unit phones
• clean and organize patient and public areas
• assemble and serve meal trays
• transport patients, specimens, and equipment
• restock supplies and maintain logs and inventories.
