What you'll do

• Follow recipes and menu cycles
• prepare attractive, nutritionally adequate meals in institutional quantities according to resident census and diet type
• adjust quantities to reduce over- or underproduction
• serve meals on time
• maintain a clean, organized work area
• prepare food substitutes for resident preferences
• assist the Dietary Manager with inspections and state surveys
• follow infection-control policies.
