What you'll do

  • Identify housing opportunities and build landlord relationships
  • track apartment resources and contacts
  • screen referred clients
  • review income and expenses to identify suitable housing
  • develop pre- and post-housing plans
  • assist with housing paperwork and move-ins
  • coordinate rental terms with landlords
  • advocate for clients and make service referrals
  • maintain client files and weekly case notes
  • manage a caseload of approximately 20 clients.
