What you'll do

• Assess requirements for TBIRDS ingestion of electronic initial case reports and registry-field population
• translate surveillance workflows into technical specifications, data dictionaries, and architecture recommendations
• create requirements documents and integration runbooks
• build and maintain data pipelines using SAS, Python, R, or SQL
• automate record linkage, deduplication, and clinical review triage
• maintain operational dashboards
• establish testing frameworks
• document scripts, schemas, data flows, and ETL procedures
• coordinate with epidemiological researchers, IT teams, and reporting partners.
