What you'll do

• Support daily HR program operations, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, benefits, performance, training, and development
• improve the new-hire onboarding process
• assist employees with payroll and benefits enrollment
• maintain compliant employee files
• coach employees and managers and support employee relations
• develop well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
• create internal communications and self-service resources
• manage company-wide training, benefits presentations, policy updates, and events
• present HR metrics to executives
• support workers’ compensation and unemployment benefits
• coordinate reference and background checks and drug screens
• monitor employment law and compliance developments
• implement employee-experience initiatives.
