Process Technician — Injection Molding

The Process Technician — Injection Molding role is onsite in Arnold, MO, with compensation of $18–$34 per hour. The position supports production by helping mold quality products safely and efficiently while minimizing scrap.

What you'll do

• Check that processes meet safety requirements and are performed properly
• operate molding equipment efficiently and respond to control limits and molding problems
• communicate shift issues with the process engineer and other technicians
• follow logbook instructions
• perform capability studies when required
• prepare hoppers, grinders, and color units for upcoming jobs
• complete end-of-shift production paperwork
• read blueprints
• and follow up on maintenance items.
