What you'll do

• Prepare and process client paperwork and account transfers
• maintain client accounts in CRM and related systems
• process money movement, distributions, account changes, and claims
• maintain accounts to specified risk tolerance
• calculate and process required minimum distributions
• document client activity
• support audits and compliance tasks
• manage licensing records
• answer the main office phone
• support advisors, team events, and client relationships.
