What you'll do

• Lead and develop General Managers across the Dallas market
• coach leaders and teams in stores
• build leadership bench through development and succession planning
• establish expectations and accountability
• identify operational opportunities and follow action plans
• drive company standards across locations
• review store conditions, guest experience, staffing, productivity, and business indicators
• oversee market sales, labor, profitability, staffing, and operations
• analyze financial and operating reports
• partner with support functions and community stakeholders.
