Assembly Lead

What you'll do

• Lead or attend project launches and staging
• coordinate project execution with the Shop Foreman and production team
• train, mentor, and support assembly team members
• maintain quality standards and SOP compliance
• monitor labor efficiency and help minimize overtime
• communicate project concerns
• identify risks, missing materials, and scheduling issues
• keep projects within labor and material budgets
• verify components before shipment
• support pack-ups, returns, and inventory management
• maintain a safe, organized work environment.
