The Direct Care Provider role is onsite in Coeur d'Alene, ID. Pay is $19–$21 per hour. The position supports Children's Village’s work with children and families through locally provided services. The role exists to provide residents with daily care, supervision, structure, and encouragement. By implementing schedules and activities, supporting education and skill-building, and coordinating with the program team, the provider contributes to a safe and nurturing residential environment.

What you'll do

• Provide daily care, support, and supervision for residents.
• Coordinate daily operations with the Program Team and implement programs and posted schedules.
• Assist with educational components and structured engagement activities on and off campus.
• Report safety, health, crisis, policy, and staffing concerns to the appropriate leaders.
• Complete required forms and shift documentation, maintain confidentiality, and attend staff meetings and mandatory onsite in-service.

Why this role
