Value Stream Manager, Manufacturing Operations

Compensation is $500–$1,800 per year. The Value Stream Manager, Manufacturing Operations role is onsite in Mosinee, WI. The position leads an assigned manufacturing value stream and its production supervisors. The role exists to ensure the value stream meets safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and growth objectives. It drives continuous improvement and coordinates with leadership and cross-functional teams to prepare operations for new business and future growth.

What you'll do

• Own value stream performance and KPIs
• ensure production targets and customer requirements are met
• identify and mitigate operational risks
• lead, coach, and develop production supervisors
• support staffing and training plans
• drive lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement initiatives
• partner with engineering and operations on process optimization
• lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• collaborate on capacity, capital, new product, and growth planning
• communicate performance and priorities across teams.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process engineering experience are preferred.
