Systems Engineer III, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform

Job overview

The Systems Engineer III role is onsite in Richfield, MN. Compensation is $55–$65 per hour. The role expands the engineering capabilities of the Productivity Tools team, which supports enterprise productivity and collaboration across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The engineer designs, builds, governs, and supports secure, scalable business solutions using Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and related Microsoft 365 services. The work improves platform maturity, operational support, and employee productivity through architecture, automation, governance, and reusable engineering practices.

What you'll do

• Design enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365
• build and support Canvas and Model-Driven apps and cloud flows
• design Dataverse architecture and integration patterns
• implement Power Platform governance and application lifecycle management
• engineer SharePoint Online solutions
• build integrations and administrative automation using Microsoft Graph, APIs, PowerShell, and Azure services
• support security, compliance, troubleshooting, monitoring, and operational processes
• contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and technical guidance.
