What you'll do

• Enroll plan members in programs and initiatives appropriate to their circumstances and eligibility through inbound and outbound calls.
• Perform operational support activities, complete work accurately and on time in accordance with policies, communicate with providers, members, and internal resources, run reports, prepare correspondence, and update procedures and manuals.
