What you'll do

• Administer infusion therapy according to physician orders and protocols
• establish and maintain intravenous access
• monitor patients for reactions and document progress
• educate patients and caregivers
• follow infection-control practices
• maintain refrigerator temperature records and daily logs
• coordinate follow-up appointments and therapy sessions
• notify physicians and regional directors of changes in patient conditions
• collect co-pays as required and ensure patient satisfaction surveys are completed.
