What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate room attendants, housepersons, and laundry staff
• assign daily room and cleaning schedules based on occupancy and staffing
• monitor timely completion to hotel standards
• inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas
• report and follow up on maintenance issues, lost items, and room discrepancies
• ensure rooms are stocked
• assist with staff training and feedback
• monitor linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities
• respond to guest requests and complaints
• coordinate with front desk and maintenance
• enforce chemical and PPE practices and hotel safety policies.
