What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, and plate food
• lead kitchen staff during shifts by assigning tasks and providing guidance
• assist with training and mentoring
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment
• monitor inventory, storage, and rotation
• check food quality, portions, and presentation
• follow food safety and sanitation standards
• collaborate with the Sous Chef and other kitchen staff.
