Reports to: Welfare Manager. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt. The Dependent and Beneficiary Associate is responsible for administering dependent eligibility and beneficiary enrollment processes for the Welfare Fund. This role ensures accurate maintenance of participant records, reviews supporting documentation, processes status changes, supports Qualified Medical Child Support Order (QMCSO) administration
