Senior Field Data Technician - California

Compensation is $4–$5 per year. The Senior Field Data Technician is an onsite role based in Olympia, WA, supporting Osmose Utilities Services' electric utility and telecommunications infrastructure projects in California. This role exists to collect detailed technical information about utility facilities through outdoor field work. The technician is responsible for hiking between utility poles, capturing accurate data, and managing crew operations to ensure project goals are met safely and efficiently.

What you'll do

• Collect field data including attachment heights and span distances
• submit organized maps and digital images
• hire, train, and supervise a crew of up to ten employees
• manage daily work to meet safety and production goals
• operate utility vehicles and trailers
• maintain equipment and inventory
• enforce company safety policies.
