Regional Quality Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and execute regional quality plans with regional and corporate leaders
• ensure quality control plans and process assurance protocols are followed
• evaluate corrective actions and new technology implementation
• participate in trials and address critical-to-quality factors
• train plant quality and technical service staff
• direct technical service representatives and claims resolution
• implement regional best practices and kaizen initiatives
• identify systemic issues and track improvement projects
• review claims proposed for denial.
