What you'll do

• Provide technical support to customers, stores, and sales team members
• support PBE sales efforts
• maintain customer relationships
• recommend products, equipment, and solutions
• provide onsite technical assistance and troubleshoot concerns
• train customers and store employees
• stay current on products and industry developments
• assist with inventory, merchandising, and inventory control
• travel throughout both assigned territories.
