Traveling Wellness Director

What you'll do

• Act as community Wellness Leader during a vacancy
• oversee and support care team members
• conduct resident assessments and service plans
• monitor resident care quality
• review and process physician orders using eMAR with pharmacy support
• verify resident ADL schedules during vacancies
• collaborate with Human Resources on employee performance concerns
• coordinate transitions with the home office
• conduct monthly compliance audits
• support wellness leaders with training.
