What you'll do

• Serve as the primary liaison among the client, contractor, and design team
• interpret plans and enforce contract document requirements
• prepare punch lists and monitor completion
• understand pay estimates, change orders, and record drawings
• address disagreements about contract meaning and work product
• monitor follow-through
• maintain Iowa DOT TTCP certification
• apply knowledge of water, wastewater, utilities, earthworks, concrete, paving, and construction codes.
