Operations Assistant — FID

What you'll do

• Manage the VP of Operations’ calendar and meeting preparation
• support leaders with scheduling, documentation, and communication
• prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups
• track action items, deadlines, and metrics
• administer Fid Fab project data
• distribute fabrication projection reports
• support timesheet administration
• assist with operational initiatives and digital workflows
• welcome visitors
• coordinate meetings and events
• support vendor services and supplies
• promote site safety.
